Site - Braçal and Malhada Mines, Sever do Vouga

These mines have been explored in the Roman period for the extraction of lead and silver. In 1836  the exploration restarts in "Braçal" followed by exploration in "Malhada", remaining until 1958. The Municipal Museum dedicates one of its nucleus to these mines, with emphasis on the memories of the old miners.
